It is only now I can bear to part with the ARC of Mistress By Mistake and that’s simply because Maggie sent me a copy of the finished thing! Autographed specially to me. 😀 Mistress By Mistake doesn’t come out until April 27, so still over a week away, but it really can’t hit the stores soon enough. I’ve written a review for it that will accompany Maggie’s Feature Interview on the blog. In the meanwhile, do yourselves a favor and pre-order this book (if you’re not lucky enough to win it today). It is sooooooo good. There is nothing like loving a book you had absolutely NO expectations of. There’s nothing like finding a new author to add to your auto-buy list. That’s what Maggie Robinson and Mistress By Mistake did for me.

For those of you who mentioned you had a book by the same name, yes, you do! Susan Gee Heino’s Mistress by Mistake came out in December. When I found out, I freaked out a little, but Susan and I have had a good laugh about it since. She had originally titled hers Mistaken by Moonlight and won the Golden Heart with it. There is even a THIRD Mistress by Mistake, a HQN contemp from a couple of years ago. Great minds must think alike. 🙂
