I’m very late with this poll. I can only say, this month has been hectic so I’ll post this poll here and the voting will end December 31st. This will be the last monthly poll. I will finish the year with a poll for Best Book of the Year in January, but that will be it. Participation in the monthly polls tends to be low so…it’s going by the wayside. But in the meanwhile, you can tell me which book was tops in your book in December.

  1. I like these polls! It is fun to vote, and then see how your choice compares to others’ choices.

  2. Voted! I love to see what others chose for their top pick, and it also helps me decide what to read next.

  3. I loved reading Dukes to the Left of Me, Princes to the Right by Kieran Kramer. It’s always wonderful to read a new writer. I had already read Kieran’s first book When Harry Met Molly and at first was afraid she wouldn’t be able to measure up but not only was her latest book good – it was GREAT!

My only disappointment is that I now have to wait for the Spring to be able to buy her third book. Kudos to Kieran to the beginning of hopefully along career with many more terrific books to come!

If anyone out there is looking for a great book to pick up before Christmas be sure to add this to your list – you won’t be disappointed.

  4. Quite a few good ones here, some still in my TBR pile. Hard at times to choose which one, but Heath gets my vote this month as it’s one of my top 3 historicals for the year, loved this book. Haven’t read many of her books yet, but I’ll be getting more of her backlist now.

  5. I voted. One of my favorite books this year (that wasn’t on the list) is Kiss of the Rose by Kate Pearce.

  6. I am just amazed at all the beautiful covers! Like ornaments on the Christmas tree each beautiful in their own way! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
