Two dominant men, one beautiful woman. Jace Austin knows he doesn’t have what you’d call a conventional relationship with Evan and Andre, but it works. Boy, does it work–until Evan starts acting strangely and Andre’s ex-fiancée pops back into his life, unbalancing a perfectly happy threesome. Jace is forced to face the unthinkable: that the two people he cares most about in this world are in danger of slipping away from him.

So Jace plans a surprise getaway to a secluded mountain cabin for the three of them. And he knows exactly what he needs to do: give both his lovers a fantasy week they’ll never forget. And the possibilities for pleasure are endless. But when they get snowed in and the heat between them reaches a fever pitch, secrets come out. And Evan has one that could change all their lives forever.

I would suggest to readers that they dive into the original book, Melt Into You, before reading this story.

But if you just have to experience Loren, which I highly recommend then you might as well get down and dirty with these three. Yes, it’s a ménage. Yes, they are all in a relationship together. Yes, I love every sinfully, comfort-zone pushing part of it.

My challenge is, personal opinion of course, this book felt like it was missing something. This could be me. I’ve read Loren’s other books, every last one, and there’s always a bigger picture. Sometimes suspense or at least some deep-seated issues, and with this story most of the conflict comes from internal problems vs. external. Sure Loren gave me a few twists, including ‘surprise’ Andre has an ex-fiancée.

The characters are still as sexy as they were and this time there’s some more intimacy between Jace and Andre that we didn’t get in their original book. Also, I find out that whenever I read one of Loren’s book I’m always researching toys on the internet to find out if they are real and well, color-me-impressed. This author does her research and I admire her for it.

Some other key points, Loren deftly jumps between all three characters POV’s without losing me or giving me a bad case of the head hops. She creates an idyllic vacation getaway in the snowy slopes of Colorado, and reminds of how spicy and downright hot erotic romance can be.

So I’ll give this 3 stars for a good, quick, steamy read that satisfies my need for confirmed HEA’s and plenty of action… bedroom action!

For readers who enjoy Beth Kery.

  1. Yeah, I don’t like to come in at the end of a story, so I’ll have to read the first book before I read this one. I love a good threesome! Lol!
