You know the books you’re so looking forward to reading, you resent every second it takes for them to be released? Yeah, I have a list full of them. Seriously, I’m looking at books in September and thinking, why can’t you get here sooner. Yes, as I’m working on my own books. That’s the problem with writers, we love to read probably more than we love to write. Okay not probably, because reading is our down time, our escape.

Anyway, today I’m giving you a look at five upcoming romance books that are on my radar. And since I told you mine, I want to know what upcoming books do you have on your radar?

  1. Five that I’m looking forward to in 2017 are:
On Second Thought–Kristan Higgins, A Perilous Undertaking–Deanna Raybourn, Devil in Spring–Lisa Kleypas, The Thing About Love–Julie James, The Girl with the Make-Believe Husband–Julia Quinn

    1. You have a great list. I’ve read 2 of them already: On Second Thought (my review for that one is already up. It’s fabulous), The Thing About Love (great read, review coming) and I think I have A Perilous Undertaking but I haven’t read it yet but it sounds great. I only just saw Julia Quinn’s book the other day as I was posting covers on the sight. I do love the cover. πŸ™‚

  2. I read some bad books by favorite automatic buy authors that has put me in a major reading slump. I am hoping that the following list will cure me. Meredith Duran – A Lady’s Code of Conduct, K.C. Bateman – A Counterfeit Heart; next novel by Courtney Milan and Kleypas and Quinn novels noted above.

  3. Now I am looking forward to The Girl with the Make-Believe Husband–Julia Quinn too, plus Sara Maclean’s Sarah Maclean’s The Day of the Duchess.

  4. Thank you for letting me know that Ruthie Knox is back! I’ve been waiting for a new book from her for forever it seems. I basically want to spend 2017 reading down my tbr pile (the combination virtual and real pile sits at over 500 books), but I must read the new Kleypas and I’m sure a few others will sneak onto my kindle or library hold list.
