LOVE Meredith Duran!
Two good books. I noticed the “Heat level” was a little low on both. Good. Books are getting too hot and in the heat already this summer, I don’t need any more : )
I loved Meredith’s other book, Bound By Your Touch, however this one was a tad slow. I started it about a month ago and didn’t finish it. Not sure if I’ll go back and try it again but I’m glad I wasn’t the only one who thought it had a slow start.
I don’t like high “heat” indexes either. 😀
Thanks for the reviews ladies!!! I noticed the low heat levels as well….and although that won’t stop me from reading good novel, I do prefer more heat that a 2 or 3 rating.
Great historicals. I haven’t read Kasey Michaels before.
I’ve read a little of Kasey Michaels and enjoyed what I read. I haven’t read anything by Meredith Duran yet but I believe I have both of these books on my BTB list. If not, they will be added.
