Eloisa James’s novella WINNING THE WALLFLOWER is FREE from now thru the Christmas weekend. Grab your copy today!

It could only happen in a fairy tale.

Lady Lucy Towerton:
Plain and tall. (According to the lady herself.)
Titled and irreproachably proper. (According to her fiancé.)

Until, overnight, she becomes

Lady Lucy Towerton:
Heiress. (Thanks to an aged aunt’s bequest.)
Belle of the ball. (So say the fortune hunters of the ton.)

In charge of her own destiny (finally!), Lucy breaks her engagement and makes up her mind never to be proper again…

  1. Thank you! I am going on a trip for few days and wanted something new to read – saw it yesterday – but glad I waited until today! So I purchased Tessa Dare’s novella about Spindle Cove, too, and now have two great writers to read. Cannot wait for Eloisa James’ full length related novel next week.

  2. Free is my favourite word! lol Thanks so much for the heads up.. I recently read one of Tessa Dare books and loved it. I just downloaded this book to my itouch from my B&N app. And since Apple allows B&N apps I’m safe if I recieve a Nook for Christmas. Yeah… Between iBook and B&N, that make 6 e-books all together, so Santa please bring an iPad or a Nook for Christmas 🙂

    MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! 😀

  3. I downloaded this the other day, read it in one sitting, and I love it! Perfect for the busy holidays where you need a little break now and then and want to read something. Definite recommend :). Happy Holidays everyone!!

  4. Thank you for the heads-up on the freebie……..
only thing is that I already have it! =)
I never really wait for things, patience is NOT something I’m good at.
It’s a great read, so, if anyone doesn’t have it yet, what are you waiting for, plus it’s FREE!!
    MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

  5. Maybe I will let my husband get an e-reader for me for Christmas this year. I have missed so many books I would love to have.

  6. Got my copy when it was released. Glad that it’s free now so more people can read it. ^_^

    Happy holidays, Beverley!

    Hapy holidays, all!

  7. This was a delightful story! Can’t wait to read the next one.

Merry Christmas, Bev and everyone here!!!

  8. I love Eloisa James sooo much — though I have to say that I’m glad I snagged this novella when it was free because while it was entertaining, it was too short to provide the same caliber of character development and intensity of plot that I’ve come to love from Ms. James. I’m VERY much looking forward to The Duke is Mine! Her “fairy tale” series has kept me completely in thrall 🙂
