Comment to enter to win the second book in Christina Brooke’s Westruthers series, THE GREATEST LOVER EVER! (Wow, EVER. That’s a whole LOT to live up to.)
~*~*~
Beautiful, exuberant, and stubborn Georgiana Black has more spirit than sense—which she learns when an ultimatum to the Earl of Beckenham at a London ball ends their engagement. Six years later, Georgie is less concerned with impending spinsterhood than with making sure her young sister doesn’t make the same mistakes she did. But soon Georgie stumbles into a scandalous encounter with none other than her former fiancé. Beckenham is still breathtakingly desirable—and as iron-willed as ever…
THE TRUEST TEMPTATION
Beckenham’s brief engagement to Georgie taught him one thing—when it comes to a wife, he wants a woman who will do her duty and cause no trouble. When the fiery Georgie falls unexpectedly into his arms, Beckenham remembers just how lushly delectable she is. Suddenly, the idea of actually marrying Georgie is irresistible. In The Greatest Lover Ever, convincing her will take more than a simple proposal, however. Georgie and Beckenham finally have a second chance at love. But in a battle of wills, can passion conquer pride?

Would love to read this. Thanks for the chance.
Omg this book sounds irresistible! Count me in!
I got the passion for reading from my dad and grandfather, although they prefer the newpaper to anything else. My son has also inherited the reading gene. I started liking romance novels when I use to steal my mom’s spanish harlequins. But they just didn’t hit the mark completely. Then I started reading historical romance and I felt like I was transported to past life. I’ve spent many days escaping into the past.
This sounds like a lovely story that I would love to read. It’s okay to let the man be “Alpha” some of the time, but sometimes, he needs to give a little, and let the lady have a say.
Niiice cover. =D
Looks like a good read. Count me in and thanks for the giveaway.
Oh I so want this book! Sure I’m waiting for the other cousin Xavier, Lord Steyne’s book, but Beckenham is too adorable I want his book too! And I think he can live up the Ever part of his role, it’s Bechenham of course. 😉
Thanks Bev~

I’m reading the first of Christina’s books from her Ministry of Marriage series and so far, it’s pretty good. I’m looking forward to reading more of her work.

Sounds wonderful. Going to look it up on amazon right now.
I love when the heroine shows that she is intelligent and strong willed! It leads to some explosive situations. I like that the Earl has to now work to gain her attention, desire and love!
I’d love to read Christina Brooke’s THE GREATEST LOVER EVER!
Thanks fro the intro.
Nothing like a challenge to get or renew a man’s interest. I sincerely doubt a man like Beckenham would be satisfied with a dutiful, manageable wife. It sounds like he needs more of a challenge than that.
The Greatest Lover Ever sounds like another must read. Thankss for the giveaway!
I can’t wait to read this book! Got news about it yesterday. But I really wonder if he’s the greatest… 😉
