If you’ve been reading or following the series, you know that our hero George, the Duke of Stanbrook, is 48 and Dora Debbins is 39. A couple firmly in the middle-aged spectrum. Very refreshing. Especially if you’re old like me. 😉

From the legendary New York Times bestselling author of Only a Kiss and Only a Promise comes the final book in the rapturous Survivor’s Club series—as the future of one man lies within the heart of a lost but never-forgotten love…
For the first time since the death of his wife, the Duke of Stanbrook is considering remarrying and finally embracing happiness for himself. With that thought comes the treasured image of a woman he met briefly a year ago and never saw again.
Dora Debbins relinquished all hope to marry when a family scandal left her in charge of her younger sister. Earning a modest living as a music teacher, she’s left with only an unfulfilled dream. Then one afternoon, an unexpected visitor makes it come true.
For both George and Dora that brief first encounter was as fleeting as it was unforgettable. Now is the time for a second chance. And while even true love comes with a risk, who are two dreamers to argue with destiny?

Love Mary Balogh’s books! Love to win! Thanks for the chamce
Excited to read the book!
This series is amazing – I’d love this book.
old couple
Truth is I love the older love hero and heroine because it is more real at that time in their life and they deserve an HEA too especially if they have encountered a lot of rough things in their more mature experience they need love now to but now on their own terms not somebody like family, friends, jobs or whatever it is not obligation or duty but feelings, understanding romance, friendship, love is possible still hell at even my age now you can dream of the right person finally. Too many toads, no frogs but wait what or who is that alone there, sad looking and going to see if they are okay… Lovely eyes he has even in his misery.. You get the gist I am a sucker for seeing a chance.
Sounds wonderful. I love her books. Thank you for the great giveaway.
Oh, yes, please!
I’ve read all the books in this series so far, and enjoyed every single one. I would not call them an “old couple”, I would say that they’re just a little older than the usual H & H that we read about. I’ve been waiting for the Dukes story. Thank you for the chance to win.
so cool to have an “older” couple!

I really look forward to reading this book. I also love books about “older couples,” although I can’t actually say that I consider them “older,” since I’m 35-40 years “grayer.” Thank you for the chance to win.
Thanks for the giveaway. I’ve read the entire series & am looking forward to this one.
I agree it’s very refreshing to have a more mature hero and heroine.
looking forward to this one:)
I’ve really enjoyed Mary’s series. Her main characters seemed so real. I’m sad to see the series close, but happy that George will get his HEA, too. Thanks for the giveaway.
I adore this series – I’ll be sorry to see it end – I might have to read it from the beginning again!
It’s a wonderful series. And I truly believe in the saying “it’s never too late” 🙂
I can’t wait to read Only Beloved. Thanks for the post.
