They are masters of seduction, London’s greatest lovers . . .

Renowned for his bedchamber prowess, Ransom Seymour, the Duke of Ainsley, owes a debt to a friend. But the payment expected is most shocking, even to an unrepentant rake—for he’s being asked to provide his friend’s exquisite wife with what she most dearly covets: a child.

Living for pleasure, they will give their hearts to no one . . .

Lady Jayne Seymour, Marchioness of Walfort, is furious that such a scandalous agreement would be made. If she acquiesces, there must be rules: no kissing . . . and, certainly, no pleasure.

Until love takes them by surprise.

But unexpected things occur with the surprisingly tender duke—especially once Lady Jayne discovers the rogue can make her dream again . . . and Ransom realizes he’s found the one woman he truly cannot live without.

Pub. Date: June 28, 2011
Retail: $7.99
Pages: 384

From the Design Book of Marcelline Noirot:
The allure of the perfect gown should be twofold:
ladies would die to wear it . . .
and gentlemen would kill to remove it!

Brilliant and ambitious dressmaker Marcelline Noirot is London’s rising star. And who better to benefit from her talent than the worst-dressed lady in the ton, the Duke of Clevedon’s intended bride? Winning the future duchess’s patronage means prestige and fortune for Marcelline and her sisters. To get to the lady, though, Marcelline must win over Clevedon, whose standards are as high as his morals are . . . not.

The prize seems well worth the risk—but this time Marcelline’s met her match. Clevedon can design a seduction as irresistible as her dresses; and what begins as a flicker of desire between two of the most passionately stubborn charmers in London soon ignites into a delicious inferno . . . and a blazing scandal.

And now both their futures hang by an exquisite thread of silk . . .

THE MANY SINS OF LORD CAMERON
Author: Jennifer Ashley
Publisher: Berkley
Pub. Date: August 2, 2011
Retail: $7.99
Pages: 320

Lord Cameron Mackenzie is intrigued when he finds the pretty widow, Ainsley Douglas, hiding in the window seat of his bedchamber. Cam remembers Ainsley Douglas all right—six years ago, he’d caught her in this very bedchamber, during a house party in the Mackenzies’ Scottish manor. Enchanted by her ingenuous excuses, he decided to seduce her, but stopped shy when she’d made a rather touching appeal about her “good husband who didn’t deserve to be heartbroken.”

Later, Cameron learned that her visit to his bedchamber was part of some female intrigue against him, the kind his late wife used to practice. Ainsley protested her innocence, but Cameron’s anger made him never want to see her again. Now she’s back, at another house party—and Cameron finds the gray-eyed minx in his bedchamber, again. Her excuses are just as ingenuous, but this time Cameron is determined to teach her a lesson.

They have unfinished business, Cameron tells her. He asks her how many of her many buttons she’ll let him unclasp, promising that before the house party is over, she’ll be asking him to undo them all.

Ainsley’s dismay is real. She’s on a mission to prevent embarrassment to Queen Victoria, and time is running out. Though the needs he’d stirred long ago during her unhappy marriage rise again, she knows it would be foolish to fall for love-them-and-leave-them Cameron Mackenzie.

But he asks her a question that challenges her beliefs about love and happiness, and she finds herself risking all to be with the black sheep of the Mackenzie family.

  1. I’m dying to read THE MANY SINS OF LORD CAMERON…and I totally missed that Loretta Chase has a new book coming out! Add that to the must read list.

  2. I can’t wait to read Silk is for Seduction – sounds fabulous! Also want to read Waking up with the Duke, and I will admit, my interest is piqued with The Many Sins of Lord Cameron (though I am not a huge fan of Scottish settings – don’t shoot me, being honest here!).

  3. The Many Sins of Lord Cameron is on my list, as are Julia Quinn’s Just Like Heaven, May Jo Putney’s Nowhere Near Respectable and Kate Noble’s Follow My Lead.

  4. I’m looking forward to the new Loretta Chase. I love the cover! It reminds me a bit of the new Anna Campbell historical, Midnight’s Wild Passion, which I’m currently reading. Also the new Jennifer Ashley. I liked the previous one in the series, Lady Isabella’s Scandalous Marriage.

  5. Oooh, that Jennifer Ashley book looks great! I’m looking forward to reading The Secret Desires of a Governess (Tiffany Clare), When Passion Rules (Johanna Lindsey), and Lady of Seduction (Laurel McKee).

  6. Soo many good ones and all the ones mentioned above look like wonderful reads. To only name one it would be Mistress of the Storm by Terri Brisbin.

  7. The Chase book, of course, but am also really looking forward to the sequel to The Heir by Grace Burrowes and the 2nd “Iron Seas” book.

  8. I’m looking forward to Guarding a Notorious Lady by Olivia Parker; Just Like Heaven by Julia Quinn; The Dark Enquiry by Deanna Raybourn; and Lord Cameron by Jennifer Ashley.

  9. I am really looking forward to reading some of the books you have mentioned, Lorraine Heath, Loretta Chase, and Jennifer Ashley. Hurry up June and August! I am also looking forward to Marie Force’s next e-book of the new series she has written. Love her books!

  10. I can’t wait for them all! I’ve already preordered What A Duke Wants and The Many Sin’s of Lord Cameron. Not to mention that I love Lorretta Chase! But I am reading Can’t Hurry Love right now and its a good one!

  13. Kaki Warner has a new series starting in July and I can’t wait to get started on it.

  14. Im liking your releases but also looking forward to Just Like Heaven by Julia Quinn Lord Langley’s Back In Town By Elizabeth Boyle.

  15. Many of the books I’m eagerly anticipating have already been named. Here are some additional ones:

Alissa Johnson – Nearly a Lady
Vicky Dreiling – How to Seduce a Scoundrel
Mary Balogh – The Secret Mistress
Jennifer Haymore – Confessions of an Improper Bride
Cheryl Ann Smith – The Accidental Courtesan (OK, I’ll be waiting for a while for this one…)

The list goes on… Of course I’ll also get An Heir of Deception ASAP! 😀

  16. There are many of the ones already listed including Lorraine Heath, Elizabeth Boyle, Julia Quinn and more. I am also eagerly awaiting Karen Hawkins Scandal in Scottland, Hannah Howell’s If He’s Dangerous, Lynsay Sands’ The Reluctant Vampire. And those are only in the next month or so…..I am going to have to give up sleep to catch up on my reading…lol. Cause then this fall, there are even more coming out.

  17. The Heath, Chase and Ashley all must have books for me, as well as Kate Noble’s Follow My Lead, Julia Quinn’s newest, and Nalini Singh’s Kiss of Snow. Oh yes, The Soldier by Grace Burrowes, too.

  18. I’m looking forward to reading SILK IS FOR SEDUCTION by Loretta Chase! It looks really good! 🙂

  19. The three historicals are a definite on my TBR list. The contemporary sounds good too, but I have a lot of historicals to get through first. This is the first I have heard of any of these.

  20. They all sound sooo good! But I have to say I’m dying to read Lorraine Heath just because the plot had me raising my eyebrows. Your best friend asks you to sleep with his wife? And then they fall in love? I gotta see how this plays out!!! Eeeek! I’m so excited! 🙂

  21. Ooh, both WAKING UP WITH THE DUKE and THE MANY SINS OF LORD CAMERON look great! Plus, the male model on the two covers look like Paul Marron.

  22. Loretta Chase is a favorite of mine and I am looking forward to her new one and how lucky for you that you already got to read it.

  23. I can’t wait to read Silk is for Seduction and Waking up with the Duke. Also on my list is A Scoundrel’s Surrender by Jenna Petersen.
