I’m swamped at work — under tight deadline — so I have little time to put together a decent post. But I do have time to celebrate the onset of Autumn — okay, I’m like a week late. Here are three great October releases: ANIMAL ATTRACTION by Jill Shalvis, TOUCH OF CRIMSON by Sylvia Day and IN PURSUIT OF ELIZA CYNSTER by Stephanie Laurens. My favourite season is Autumn–I’m all about the foliage and the cooler temps. What’s yours?Β Comment to enter to win one of these titles–and don’t forget to let me know which one you’re interested in winning.Β

  1. I would love to win any of the books they are all done by great authors. I am very much looking forward to Animal Attraction though. There are not too many Jill Shalvis that I have not read.

  2. I have two favorite seasons: Spring and Fall. I love Spring because of the thaw out from a cold winter and the trees and flowers coming back to life and everything turning green. I also like the extra sunlight and even the spring showers. I love Fall because of the cooler temps after a really hot summer, the changing colors in the trees and the ability to turn on the oven at home and bake up some yummy goodness – we don’t bake in our house during the summer because of the intense heat outdoors which seems to make the heat in the kitchen twice as bad. Hope things at work get better for you soon Beverly!

  3. My favorite season in warm…not cold. Autumn is pretty but where I come from, it can be cold too…that’s why I don’t live there anymore.

I’d love to win that Stephanie Laurens book! Love her work.

  4. my favorite is spring withall of the flower starting to bloom.

I would love to read the Stephanie Laurens book.

  5. Autumn is my favorite season too, with October being my favorite month. It’s such a lovely time of year and brings back good memories. It’s also my birthday month.

  6. I’m a huge fan of Fall and Spring. I love the moderate temperatures and the changing scenery.

I’d love to win Jill Shalvis’ book Animal Attraction!

  7. Living here in the Arizona desert, I love Spring when all o fthe flowers are in bloom, the ironwood trees out on the desert are blooming lavendar blossoms, and everything is new again. The weather is a balmy 80 degrees and the sun is shining brightly.
I would like to win Stephanie Lauren’s book

  8. Autumn is definitely my favorite season. The cooler temps, the anticipation of Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, the blankets to snuggle under with good books…I could go on and on. It’s my favorite time of year.

I don’t need to win anything, I just wanted to comment.

  9. I just love autumn! Maybe because of the colors. We have a special place, lago dei tre Comuni (it’s a lake) where we go at the end of October. It’s one of the most beautiful places to enjoy this time of the year.
In case your giveaway is international, I’d love to read “Animal Attraction” by Jill Shalvis. Good luck to everyone!

  10. Being from Massachusetts, I get to view Autumn at its best, so of course it’s my favorite season! Closely followed by Spring, where everything is renewed and reborn. Would love the Stephanie Laurens book, or to try the Sylvia Day one.

  11. I really love winter because of snow and all those wonderful holidays πŸ™‚ I would love to read A TOUCH OF CRIMSON. Thanks for the giveaway!

  13. Summer is my favorite season. I am a warm weather woman. πŸ™‚ I would love to win Jill Shalvis’ or Stephanie Laurens’ book. Thank you for the giveaway.

  14. Fall is my favorite by far. It starts to get chillier but not so cold that you’re freezing. Schools start up again, it starts getting darker a little earlier, it’s no too hot at night to relax with a cup of hot cocoa outside, and you can start layering outfits without sweating your butt off :). But who am I kidding, I live in Southern Cali and have no concept of what real cold is. Or real season changes either lol.
    * i would love a chance to win any of the 3 books. Laurens’ would be the #1, but I’ve never read the other 2 authors so might be a pleasant surprise and change of genre

  15. Most of all I like summer and autumn. I enjoy warmer weathers, but like all the different colours of autumn as well. In my country we have very cold winters, so the new spring feels like blessing when it arrives every year.

If this giveaway is international, I would love to read Jill Shalvis or Stephanie Laurens book.

  16. I love the fall but spring is my favorite time of the year if we have a spring this year we went straight into a very hot summer. Spring is like a whole new world opening up to me a new beginning. I would love to have the Stephanie Laurens book, love historicals.

  17. I love fall for the more comfortable temps and therefore the hot soup and great baked goods, not to mention harvest. Would love A Touch Of Crimson by Sylvia Day.

  18. How could I possibly pass up that cute kitten (oh yeah and that hunk of a man too) on the cover of Jill’s book lol. I wouldn’t pass up the other two either! As to my favorite season, it’s Spring. Love seeing everything turn green and flowers blooming after being fed up with winter and shoveling snow! I planned both my daughter’s birth’s for spring. One was born in April and one in May.

  19. I love the autumn because it means cooler temps. I would love to read Animal Attraction by Jill. The cover is adorable and hot at the same time.

  20. I love both spring and autumn. In spring, all the flowers and trees are blooming, and the temps are warmer than winter. In autumn, the trees are losing their leaves, and it is wonderfuly cool. If I win, I would like to win In Pursuit of Eliza Cynster.

  21. Oh Bev, you and I must be season soulmates. I love, love, love this time of year. Once October 1st hits, I start calling the season the Joyathon. Holidays to celebrates, the cooler temperatures, the change in the foliage, the smells of cinnamon and gingerbread wafting from the oven, just everything about this time of year.

All books look wonderful. I think I’m ready to give Stephanie Laurens a try (hello rock I’ve been hiding under).

    Good luck at work. πŸ™‚

  32. I’m all about the cold weather so I have to go with Winter. Not that I love shoveling snow mind you, but I do think there’s something to be said for cozying up in front of a roaring fire. Stephanie Laurens would be my first pick.

  33. I love Spring. And Summer. The warmer months – but not too warm. Love spring because all the flowers etc. Summer because of the birthdays and no school! Although I’m fond of fall because of the changing leaves… Obviously I’m indecisive.
And not going for one of the books because they’re print, right? πŸ™‚ Otherwise so excited about them! Already have them on my wish list…

  34. Fall is my favorite season. I love the cooler weather, the leaves changing color and the return of football.

  37. My favourite season is Spring, fresh from winter and not too cool or too warm. I am embracing Autumn though and love the golden-orange tinge to the trees and the weather is ideal for reading. I find the Summer months too distracting so I don’t get a lot of reading time in, although I will miss outdoor trails.

I would love to read A Touch of Crimson by Silvia Day. Thank you for another great giveaway.

My favorite part of fall is the leaves changing color and the cooler weather so that its actually enjoyable to sit outside for a bit.

  41. Truly I don’t think I have a favorite. Winter is great for snuggling inside while the storms rage outside. Spring is great for the sense of renewal in the air. Summer is wonderful for the relaxed and slower pace, and fall represents both the end as well as the promise of a new beginning.

I’d love to win a copy of Animal Attraction.

  42. I like Fall. Not so hot and not so cold. And the colors are amazing!

I’d love to try the new Sylvia Day. ^_^

  61. I love spring because of all the leaves turning green again. I would love a chance to win:

    Animal Attraction by Jill Shalvis

  62. I love the end of summer, when it’s cool but not cold and the leaves are just starting to change but not fall to the ground. That’s my favourite time of the year.

    Aninam Attraction by Jill Shalvis

  63. IF/WHEN autumn really gets here, it will once again be my favorite season–cool and colorful. Being Texas, we are ignoring the calendar and summer is still. here. (Sigh).
Hard to pick which book I want since I want all three, but put me down for A Touch of Crimson by Sylvia Day.

  64. I love Spring… That’s my favorite… Just can’t take the snow and the cold…

would love to win In Pursuit of Eliza Cynster…

  65. Fall is my favorite too, can’t beat the fall color, crisp cool air, the sounds of leaves crunching under your boots, sweaters, hot chocolate…I could go on and on =) Glad to see there are some ore fall lovers out there!

Animal Attraction looks good, and it has a sweet little kitten on the cover!

  66. Autumn is my favorite season too. The cooler temperatures starting with crisp morning/evenings, the changing leaves, the warm colors, the abundance of pumpkins and the coming of Halloween. I love Halloween decorations and it is far enough away from other major holidays that it really gets attention. All three books sound tempting but Animal Attraction is the one I’d most like to read right now.

  67. I love all the seasons for different reasons. I love autumn for the cooler temps, the nights around the campfire with friends, football season and the coming of the holiday season.

I would love to win IN PURSUIT OF ELIZA CYNSTER by Stephanie Laurens.

  68. I love something about every season so it’s hard to pick just one! The cooler temps & sweaters of fall, the snow of winter, the sun & tank tops of summer, and the new life & beauty of spring! I think for me it depends on where I am, since different parts of the country/world seem to highlight different seasons better.

I If had to pick just one… I’d go with Fall. I love being able to pull out the sweaters & scarves for some days & get away without them other days. The crunch of leaves under your boots. It’s all lovely.

And I’d love a chance to win Stephanie Laurens’ book please.

  69. I just wanted to mention that Autumn was my absolute favorite season. I love the temperatures of Autumn (50-70 degrees, yay!), it’s usually less rainy than spring but with similar temperatures, and I love the colors of fall – red, browns, etc. This year is even better because dark purple and turquoise are in a lot of the clothes out for this fall – awesome! I love wearing a light jacket and a scarf, or a furry vest and a hat, love wearing boots… It’s my perfect clothing season!

Also, Halloween is totally my favorite holiday. I love candy and costumes! πŸ™‚
