It only took a second to spot Bishop through the crowd of other bikers. Gavin had adequately described the woman Bishop was with. At the moment, they were bumping and grinding to where they might as well have been having sex on the floor. Out of nowhere a flush of warmth spread over me the same way Bishop\u2019s hands ran over the woman\u2019s body. It seemed to get even hotter when I watched the expert way his hips pumped against hers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Leaning forward in my chair, I continued to study my target. The pictures the bureau had shown me didn\u2019t quite do Bishop justice. Although it should have been the last thing on my mind, I couldn\u2019t help thinking he was far more good-looking in person. He certainly appeared more built\u2014his muscles more defined, his chest broader, and his thighs thicker. His body exuded power and strength\u2014two things that came in handy for him as a boxer and the sergeant at arms. I couldn\u2019t help snorting at how I felt like an airhead sorority girl with the lustful thoughts running through my mind.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cHe\u2019s completely fuckable, isn\u2019t he?\u201d Gavin asked, in a low voice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oh hell yes. Very, very fuckable, I thought as I fought the urge to squirm in my seat. Needing to hide my illicit thoughts from Gavin, I said, \u201cJust what the hell are you talking about?\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gavin waggled his eyebrows. \u201cDon\u2019t think I didn\u2019t notice the way you were just looking at him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cI was assessing the target, smart-ass.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cBullshit. Your panties were getting wet as you thought about what it would be like if you were that woman.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">What woman wouldn\u2019t? \u201cYou\u2019re out of your fucking mind,\u201d I countered.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Leaning in to whisper in my ear, Gavin said, \u201cI may bat for the other team, but I still know when a woman is hot for a man.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rolling my eyes, I shoved him away. In a low voice, I growled, \u201cHe is the target in our case, not to mention the enemy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cYeah, and hate sex can be hot as hell.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cYou are impossible.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gavin grinned wickedly at me. \u201cEven though it\u2019s frowned upon, I see nothing wrong with getting a good fuck or two out of him to gain information.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cI would slap the hell out of you right now if we weren\u2019t supposed to look like a loving couple.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0After bestowing a kiss on my cheek, Gavin winked at me. \u201cThere\u2019s nothing more I love in life than to irritate the hell out of you.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cAsshole,\u201d I replied, although I smiled in spite of myself.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nodding at Bishop, Gavin asked, \u201cWhen he finishes humping that chick, you want me to get the ball rolling and introduce you?\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">When I cocked my eyebrows at him, he held up a hand. \u201cI meant the ball rolling for the case, not for you to actually get busy with him. Jeez, Vargas, I can be serious when I have to be.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cYeah, and part of you really enjoyed the double meaning in all that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gavin grinned. \u201cMaybe.\u201d The song started to wind down. \u201cSo, do we make a move now?\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">My gaze once again returned to Bishop. \u201cNo. Not yet.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cYou got something in mind?\u201d Gavin questioned.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I finally tore my gaze from Bishop to look at Gavin. \u201cI need to unsettle him a bit before I make my move.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSounds like a good plan.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cI wouldn\u2019t exactly call it a plan.\u201d Looking back at Bishop, I smiled. \u201cIt\u2019s more like a game. One that I know just how to play to win.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With a wink, Gavin said, \u201cYou know your game, Vargas.
