Doing community service at the foundation is a piece of cake. Trying to win over Mia is an entire story. Colby manages to help bring them together and KJ realizes he wants a family more than ever.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I am pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed <strong>An Unexpected Holiday Gift<\/strong>. This is my first book by the author and I am excited to read more by her. This book is the soft compromise of holiday spirit and realism that will appeal to people who don\u2019t like over the top hokey holiday stories.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mia has her heart broken plenty of times during the holiday season so she it is great that KJ helped warmed up her to the holidays. The only problem I had with the story is that Mia kept this constant wall up that interfere with her getting to know KJ. The constant tug of war became a bit tiring.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The family dynamic is strong. I low-key love Victoria, the matriarch, and her bossiness. I am interested in reading more about this family. Colby adds a specialness and thoughtfulness to the story. This is my first book by the author and I am excited to read more by her. This book is the soft compromise of holiday spirit and realism that will appeal to people who don\u2019t like over the top hokey holiday stories.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mia has her heart broken plenty of times during the holiday season so she it is great that KJ helped warmed up her to the holidays. The only problem I had with the story is that Mia kept this constant wall up that interfere with her getting to know KJ. The constant tug of war became a bit tiring.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The family dynamic is strong. I low-key love Victoria, the matriarch, and her bossiness. I am interested in reading more about this family. Colby adds a specialness and thoughtfulness to the story.
