I\u2019m so pleased by this book. Enemies-to-Lovers has been a favorite trope of mine and lately I have been devouring them.<\/em><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Henley Rose Evans<\/strong> knows what she wants. She works hard for everything she has and her eyes have been set on the new promotion at her job. The problem is that her boss wants her to compete for the position with her archnemesis, Graeme. He is the social media manager at her company and lacks any real drive. At least that is what Henley tells herself after he takes credit for one of her ideas and gets chummy with the boss.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Graeme Crawford-Collins<\/strong> is ready to show that he is more than qualified for the show. Despite them working together for the last few years, Graeme and Henley has never met face to face. He is stunned that she is gorgeous and he wants to get to know her better. The problem is that she hates his guts and he can\u2019t figure it out.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I liked how Henley went from hating Graeme to slowly liking him. Everything that she thought of him was a mistake. He is kind, handsome and charming. He has been through a lot of personal drama. I didn\u2019t know if I should root for Henley or Graeme.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The side characters helped with the humor. I loved Henley\u2019s friends and her sister. While the story didn\u2019t focus on them, their stories played just an important role in Henley\u2019s character development. She started off trying to please everyone and by the end, she figured out who she was as a person.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The only thing I couldn\u2019t relate to was the ending. It seemed rushed and kind of perfect. Everything fell into place for everyone so neatly. I\u2019m so pleased by this book. Enemies-to-Lovers has been a favorite trope of mine and lately I have been devouring them.<\/em><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Henley Rose Evans<\/strong> knows what she wants. She works hard for everything she has and her eyes have been set on the new promotion at her job. The problem is that her boss wants her to compete for the position with her archnemesis, Graeme. He is the social media manager at her company and lacks any real drive. At least that is what Henley tells herself after he takes credit for one of her ideas and gets chummy with the boss.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Graeme Crawford-Collins<\/strong> is ready to show that he is more than qualified for the show. Despite them working together for the last few years, Graeme and Henley has never met face to face. He is stunned that she is gorgeous and he wants to get to know her better. The problem is that she hates his guts and he can\u2019t figure it out.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I liked how Henley went from hating Graeme to slowly liking him. Everything that she thought of him was a mistake. He is kind, handsome and charming. He has been through a lot of personal drama. I didn\u2019t know if I should root for Henley or Graeme.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The side characters helped with the humor. I loved Henley\u2019s friends and her sister. While the story didn\u2019t focus on them, their stories played just an important role in Henley\u2019s character development. She started off trying to please everyone and by the end, she figured out who she was as a person.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The only thing I couldn\u2019t relate to was the ending. It seemed rushed and kind of perfect. Everything fell into place for everyone so neatly.
