This is the first book for me in this series and I had bit of a difficult time getting to understand and know the characters and the setting.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>As the story progressed, it was really pleasant to visit with these characters at their wonderful island, where everyone seems to live contently and happy.<span>\u00a0<\/span>There was a bit of editorial mishaps, but overall, the story was good and engaging.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>The mystery had excellent progression and just enough development to keep you on suspense.<span>\u00a0 <\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The characters in this book were all wonderful.<span>\u00a0 <\/span>I really like the main character Kate McGuire, who is a new transplant to the island and thus still learning her way around and still getting to know the characters around her. This is the first book for me in this series and I had bit of a difficult time getting to understand and know the characters and the setting.\u00a0 As the story progressed, it was really pleasant to visit with these characters at their wonderful island, where everyone seems to live contently and happy.\u00a0There was a bit of editorial mishaps, but overall, the story was good and engaging.\u00a0 The mystery had excellent progression and just enough development to keep you on suspense.\u00a0 <\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The characters in this book were all wonderful.\u00a0 I really like the main character Kate McGuire, who is a new transplant to the island and thus still learning her way around and still getting to know the characters around her.
