Now, just over two years later, the fourth and final book is out.\u00a0 Minerva and Blake, the couple in <span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/theseasonforromance.com\/2012\/historical\/apr-confessions-from-an-arranged-marriage-miranda-neville.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Confessions from an Arranged Marriage<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, weren\u2019t even a gleam in my eye when I conceived the <em>Burgundy Club<\/em>. They appeared as secondary characters in book 2, The Dangerous Viscount, and instantly struck sparks, though not in a particularly good way. So naturally I decided they were made for each other and set out to figure out why!<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m sad saying goodbye to a group of characters I\u2019ve lived with so long, but I was also ready to make the break. I\u2019m now happily involved with a new group of a hot men and strong women whom I hope readers will love as much as I do.<\/p>\n<p>Some series end, some don\u2019t, and some should. Leaving aside books, I thought of Star Wars. I love the \u201cfirst\u201d trilogy. I\u2019ve seen each of those movies a dozen times and always have a blast. I\u2019m sitting at my computer now and savoring some favorite moments: the bar scene; the collapsing garbage dump; Leia telling Luke he\u2019s awfully short for a star trooper; just about any scene with Yoda in it; Han frozen in a block of carbon (sob). And, for us romance aficionados, Han Solo and Princess Leia as the ultimate bantering couple.<\/p>\n<p>And then they had to go and ruin it. That prequel trilogy was an abomination that I\u2019d like to erase from my memory cells. (Except for Yoda fighting, which was awesome.)\u00a0 George Lucas just didn\u2019t know when to say no.<\/p>\n<p>What do you think about series? Do you prefer long or short ones?
