I have no big post today because I have much writing to do and I’m working on the March/April issue of The Season. But I thought I’d do a quick post to show off the new addition to The Season. Bookmarks!

Showing no bias, of course, I think they are very very pretty. 😉 My son certainly likes them more than he does my Sinful Surrender bookmarks. He told me that my bookmarks are very purple but The Season bookmarks have lots of colours and are very pretty. Got to love a child’s honesty, and in this case I must agree with him. The original design was done by CrocoDesign and I modified it some with a new background, text placing, and colours.

In other news, I’m looking for excerpts for Excerpts Thursdays. And I’m looking for suggestions for a really sexy contemporary romance with lots of wonderful tension that’s all about the hero and heroine’s relationship. It can be either a current or upcoming release.

Check back tomorrow when I’ll be giving away a paranormal and a historical romance. Have a great day!

  1. Love the bookmark !
Now a sexy contemporary with lots of tension :
    – Slow Heat, Jill Shalvis
    – Something about You, Julie James
    – Her Secret Fling, Sarah Mayberry

  2. The bookmarks are great! Your son is correct in his honest assessment. 🙂

You’re doing an awesome job, Bev! Thank you.

  3. I liked A’int too Proud to Beg by Susan Donovan. Don’t know of any upcoming straight contemporary releases.

  4. Cute bookmark Bev! For contemporary romances, try Toni Blake. I loved Letters to a Secret Lover. Try Rachel Gibson or Susan Donovan. I’m not sure of any upcoming releases.

  5. Thanks everyone!!!

@librarypat Absolutely. If you win a book I have in my possession and you live either in the US or Canada, you will receive a copy of the bookmark.

I’m going through all the contemporary romance suggestions. I can be so particular when it comes to those. hehehe I want one I think almost everyone would enjoy.

  6. I love Victoria Dahl and her contemps have been unparalleled for me. Try “Lead Me On,” or “Talk Me Down.” Julie James’s, “Just The Sexiest Man Alive” is great too.

  7. Julie James is a wonderful contemporary romance writer. As someone mentioned, her new book Something About You will be out in March.
