Yes, I may occasionally grumble about Amazon’s digital dominance, but I have to hand it to them, they are terribly innovative. Yesterday, I practically stumbled over the fact that you can now gift a digital book. This I think is AWESOME! So today, I’m going to gift some Amazon ebooks to my lovely visitors who have some device that they can read Kindle books. Which books you ask? Well, as I am a total–well kind of–bargain hunter, I’ve selected some of the eSteal books, that way I can give away 3 digital copies of each. Here’s the selection…

  10. Oh, LOVE the gift books, such an awesome way for quick, last minute, affordable presents, especially for friends who live far away! What great give away! Thanks!

  11. I would love to win these. I have found ebooks to be a great way to “test drive” authors that are new to me. Thanks for the chance.

  12. Yeah, Amazon is several steps ahead of everyone, aren’t they? I also like the option of “Send a sample” to your device. Though I have not use it, I think it’s an interesting way to “sample” a book before buying it.

  13. It’s a shame B&N hasn’t worked this out yet… someone wanted to give me an ebook once and never could figure out a way, wound up giving me a giftcard.

Luckily my husband has a Kindle, so I get to enjoy anything. 🙂

  14. That’s good to know, I’ll be able to treat my mom to a book! I’ve tried where they send a sample, I’m so glad I have a kindle.

  15. Ooooh, Mary Wine! I have the other two books, but would like that one. Hubby just bought a new Acer Tablet and the first app he installed was the free Kindle reader. Hint hint hint. Love the giveaway idea.

  16. I love the gifting option. The only place that I knew that had this feature previously was All Romance and I used it a few times.

I just discovered Julie Anne Long after reading the amazing What I Did for a Duke and have been wanting to read the rest of the books from this series so I would love to win The Perils of Pleasure. 20. I love this giveaway and I love my Kindle! I’ve already have read two of the three ebooks. I just finished Mary Wine’s book this week. The one I haven’t read is JAL’s.

  23. The Borders chain closed our only local bookstore, a great Waldenbooks with a terrific staff who always pointed out books by new authors, supported authors having a book signings by advertising to their customers of the event and even would have your favorite authors books waiting at the counter when they were released. When that happened I became the happy owner of a Kindle.

I miss the service and friendly staff at Waldenbooks but I also miss being able to turn the corner of the pages to “mark” by favorite scenes but I do love being able to get an instant download without leaving the house when I “discover” a new author or an our favorite authors new release.

Sinful Surrender and The Perils of Pleasure were both books recommened (and bought by me) and I loved both books and now reside in my to be re-read pile as a must for a rainy summer day!

I’ve only recently been “introduced” thru different blogs to Mary Wine and haven’t read any of her books yet and would love to win an ebook copy of In the Warrior’s Bed. Thanks for offering us ebook readers the chance to win a copy of one of these books.

  24. Gotta love books, whether print or ebooks. Unfortunately, no one else in my family seems to be crazy for books like me, they all look at me like I’m crazy because I would much rather have books or giftcards to get books than just about anything else. Forget stressing about what to get me, Amazon giftcards always work! LOL

  25. I can read Kindle books on my PC. I love how easy it is to give electronic books these days. Thanks for the giveaway.

  26. I feel bad about all of the bookstore closings, but I do love my Kindle, especially since the added the loan and gigging features. For all everyone bashes them, one thing about Amazon is that they are very responsive to their customers and to the marketplace.

  27. Many ebook stores offer a gifting option not just Amazon. It’s a great feature that allows me to still buy books and not just gift certificates for those friends who have switched to strictly digital.

  28. I’ve been wanting to read those, though I hadn’t heard if the last one yet.

Those dang esteals are going to have me spending way too much on payday. At least i’m get more than buying a regular priced book or ebook. 🙂

  29. What a great feature! I just ordered a kindle, replacing my sony ereader since they never seem to have the edeals that Amazon or BN do all the time.

  30. I have a kindle and I would love to win one of these books. Love reading on the kindle.
