  4. This story of the difficulty of being part of two cultures and not fitting into either appeals to me. There are other elements in this series that I like too. I look forward to finding out more of how Lady Anisha Stafford adjusts to her new life and how she helps Rance Welham, Earl of Lazonby, find the life he deserves.

  14. I loved Liz’s last gook, Hunting Season, which was released in February and can’t wait to read The Bride Wore Pearls! I read an excerpt and Elinor and Rance’s story sounds fascinating!

    I love the idea of the Brotherhood of the Golden Cross where Rance is a member and hope she following The Bride Wore Pearls with more books centered on the society!
